 hi there,

 my friend had an old icq number which was outdated. i've tried to add this
 old icq number to my buddy list and waited for unavailingly for
 authorization. but then my friend tried to add me to his buddy list (he
 uses icq5.1) and i've got an authorization request, so i added him on my
 list with his new icq number under the same name.
 now when i start pidgin and it connects my icq account an windows error
 message comes says that theres a problem and pidgin has to shutdown.
 i've installed icq6 to erase the wrong entry on my list bud only one was
 shown. i erased the one which i've seen on the list but pidgin still
 crashes.

 i've added a .rpt file.

 please excuse me for my bad english, iam from germany.
