AIM [happens from time to time], I cannot log back on and I get the same
error message. Except now, the only way I can log back on is to disable
Norton Internet Security [what I actually have is Symantec Client
Firewall, but I'm sure they're the same] and log on, then enable it again.
So it must be a problem with that. I'm not sure how to fix it. I don't
want to have to disable and enable every time I have to log on, and I'd
rather not get rid of the client firewall.

Symantec Firewall (I have no idea where the setting actually is) -
otherwise you'll have to complain to Symantec tech support, there really
isn't anything that we can do about it.
I ended up filling out a tech support form with Symantec. Thanks for the
help. If I can't get this fixed, any suggestions for another firewall? :/
