#958: Logging all Chats says 'no logs were found'

 Initially all Prefs->Logging tick boxes were ticked off (And have been for
 a while)

 Steps:

 1) Initially have an irc channel open with people in it and lines of chat
 happening[[BR]]
 2) Ticking the pref: Prefs->Logging->Log all chats[[BR]]
 3) Let a channel create some output from irc chat[[BR]]
 4) Right click on IRC channel within buddy list and Choose 'View Log'.
 This gives the output window saying 'No Logs were found'[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Checking ~/.purple/logs/irc/user at irc.my.server/#channel/textfile.txt shows
 that the textfile does have the logged chats in the file.
