 Can you take a screenshot of the tooltip showing the contact when they are
 away and in the wrong order? Did you play with the Contact Priority plugin
 at any point in the past? Can you show me the snippet of your prefs.xml
 that lists the 'scores' for the different status types? (The
 /purple/status/scores/* preferences, a search for 'scores' in the file
 should find the right place as the first (and likely only) match.)
