 This is because current msnp14 code requests only changes in membership
 lists (allow, deny, reverse), but doesn't save reverse list for next time.
 One possible fix which I'm currently using is to ask full membership lists
 from server on every login. This adds bandwidth usage during login, but at
 least from addressbook (which contains forward list) you can get only
 changes since last time. I included a patch for requesting full membership
 lists on login.
