 Maybe I'm missing something, but this item '''doesn't''' work for
 '''me'''. Pidgin 2.0, Windows 98. The tray icon just doesn't blink,
 regardless of the state of the checkbox. Because of this I have downgraded
 back to Gaim 2.0 beta 6, where it works fine.
