 I'm having the same problem. I signed on and had not im-ed anyone and put
 up a custom away message. It was set as status "away." After being away
 for a while, someone im-ed me and the message failed to pop up. I've tried
 everything and can't figure out why it won't send the message. You can
 right click my screenname and see the away message, but it does not send
 the away message. I am using this program for AIM.
