 With this patch for libpurple/protocols/irc/msgs.c, the connection status
 is updated if luser '''or''' end_motd was received, which ever happens
 first.
 Helps e.g. to communicate with dircproxy-1.0.5 as it used to be. Without
 the patch, pidgin thinks it is not connected whenever it reconnects to an
 existing dircproxy session, because then luser is '''not''' send.
