#1031: per-protocol status messages
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------

I am having trouble using per-protocol status messages. I use gaim/pidgin
to run several IM clients at once (which is fabulous), but I want to have
different messages for work (i.e. where I am, office phone number) than I
do for either IRC or more social protocols.

I mahve the "Mystatusbox" plugin installed (via the 1.0 plugin pack), and
that allows me to at least see what the messages are, but custom messages
aren't saved. i.e. I go in and create a default Available message in
accounts.xml. I bring up pidgin, and the mystatusbox plugin shows that as
the active one for that protocol. But, when I change my status to away,
everything goes to the global away status message, and then when I come
back from away, everything picks up the global Available message again
(which also deletes the value from accounts.xml).

I like the default states (Available, Away, ..). I would like to be able
to change between thoses states and have the protocols maintain & pick up
any custom messages I've configured for those states (if there isn't one,
then use the global). If I pick some OTHER global/saved value from the
global list, that state/message should be used, but choosing these
"special across all accounts common messages" shouldn't change the
 basic/default messages in accounts.xml.
