 At least for MSN, buddy icons of offline contacts get lost after
 restarting pidgin twice.

 After the first restart, pidgin still shows the icons for offline people
 but the relevant icon entries from blist.xml are gone.

 So after the seconds restart, offline contacts don't have icons anymore.
