 Of course! It's a full copy of C:\Program Files\Pidgin\[[BR]]
 The same setup is running ok under winxp, as well as similar setups using
 versions prior 2beta6.[[BR]]
 It was a 1.x or maybe 2 beta 1 or 2 version, I can't remember exactly,
 that had the same bug, but was quickly fixed...
