 Currently, with the Text Replacement plugin (spellchk) there is no way to
 make it replace ":0" (without quotes) with ":)" everywhere, without also
 having it replace times like "5:00" with "5:)0".

 That is, for the replacement ":0" to ":)", with the "Whole words only"
 option
  * turned off, it happens everywhere, including in "5:04:09" (as it is
 expected)
  * turned on, it doesn't happen anywhere at all

 It appears ":)" is not being recognised as a separate word, even if
 surrounded by spaces on both sides.
