 Hi.

 This is the updated version of the patch I subitted as #1651817 on the old
 sourceforge site. The patch adds a signal to be emitted whenever a message
 was blocked. This functionality makes sense when combined with my privacy
 (currently: gaim-blocky) plugin which rejects messages from people who are
 not on your contact list, since I would be able to notify them of the fact
 that they require my authorization.
