#1074: Prevent auto-away replies overriding Away status messages

I currently use the Auto-reply plugin to generate responses to IMs while
I'm afk, as per the message set in my Away status. I have several
different Away-type statuses, each with a different message for different
reasons. I also use the default Auto-away functionality to send a generic
AFK response after several minutes of being idle.

In 2.0.0, the Auto-away response will always override any manually set
status message once the account becomes idle. Of course this makes perfect
sense ... /unless/ I have already 'told' pidgin to use a specific away
message by manually setting a specific Away status.

One approach would be for the auto-away response to override the status
message /only/ when the status is set to Available. ie, you really have
gone idle, ie you haven't set a specific away message that should take
 priority.

One might then ask, well, what if I set myself to an Away type of state
but without having set a status message for it? Should the auto-away reply
then be used? Strictly speaking, no it shouldn't, but I'll leave that open
 for discussion.

Apologies if I've misunderstood any functionality. Is any of this possible
to set up by configuration of the current client?
