Comment:

 GtkSettings are settings that you can set in your gtkrc files. So just add
 that setting to the appropriate gtkrc file and restart pidgin and you
 should see the change. It isn't something for us to be setting. (Reference
 the gtk-can-change-accels a bit farther down in that file and the example
 gtkrc file we have on this site.)
