 I installed ICQ6 and added all Users to my in ICQ6 called visible lI
 deleted blist.xml and all other config in .purple. Started Pidgin. Visible
 Users were loaded into pidgin. Want to unblock a new user, same error
 again ("Cannot add Buddy "UIN" for unknown reason. Mostly you have to much
 buddies in your list).

 Closed Pidgin. Started ICQ6. Added User. Closed ICQ 6. Started Pidgin User
 was shown as unblocked. Tried to unblock a Buddy again, same error as
 before.

 So there seems to be a bug in synchronising the visible users to ICQ
 Server.
