 You don't need access to the titlebar to move a window in Windows, right-
 click the taskbar icon, select Move, hit an arrow key, and then move the
 mouse and the window should move with you. This is an entirely unintuitive
 action that I have never understood the reasoning behind but has been the
 case in Windows for years.
 As to the dialog being too big, I am aware of that but other than moving
 to a tabbed interface (which I have avoided because the number of
 preferences on each tab would be very small) I don't know what I can
 really do. Any suggestions or patches (even patches to make it tabbed) are
 welcome.
