 If the MS-Windows GTK+ theme does not swap the button order that is a bug
 I think you should file with the MS-Windows folks. Because they are trying
 to make GTK+ apps look and act like Windows apps, pidgin is not trying to
 do that and I do not think it is our job to do so. The MS-Windows theme
 exists for a reason (not a reason I really understand, but a reason
 nonetheless). But I won't stop someone from making this change the default
 in pidgin for Windows if someone chose to do so.
