 so i got it to load, to get it to work i had to immeditaly, well as soon
 as the program let me, set it to offline, adjust the width, which was
 insanely large, i never reached the other end.

 once set to offline and some messing around i adjusted the length and
 width and signed back on. seemed to be ok after that, but haven't messed
 with any of the dimensions.
