 No, unfortunately, I don't know what's selectively triggering this. It may
 have to do with MS updating their regional servers to the latest version
 of their authentication protocol. Fortunately, this is documented in
 [http://msnpiki.msnfanatic.com/index.php/MSNP13:SOAPTweener#Redirect], so
 we can rest assured we are not alone.
