 To reproduce:
  * Go to View Tickets
  * Select "Group tickets by Milestone"
  * Click Update

 Result:
  * Beside each milestone, there is a label "(No matches)". This makes it
 look like there are no matches for the milestone in question, but a
 milestone is not displayed in the list unless there are tickets found, so
 this makes no sense.

 If the "matches" does mean number of tickets associated with the group,
 then the label is displayed incorrectly. If it means something else then
 it should be reworded.
