 every time i try to install the program i keep getting this error along
 with a command prompt.

 C:\DOCUME~1\sgarrett\MYDOCU~1\PIDGIN~1.EXE
 The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
 CS:053e IP:02bfOP:636f6e 74 65 Choose 'Close' to terminate the
 application.

 what is this and why do i get a command prompt? i just want to install and
 use the program.
