 There are a number of old @msn.com accounts which are still active. I
 happen to have one of those accounts. The action to open the hotmail's
 inbox from within pidgin was only enabled for @hotmail.com accounts. The
 following patch addresses that and correctly sets up the action for
 @msn.com accounts.

 The second patch addresses a problem that may or may not be specific to
 @msn.com accounts. The temp file containing the url to open hotmail's
 inbox is not automatically created during login, making pidgin's action to
 open the inbox useless until at least one new mail arrives. This patch
 fixes that by manually requesting the server to send the url back right
 after the login process is completed. I'm not entirely sure that's the
 right way to fix this, but it seems to work fine. I'm open to suggestions.

 Both patches apply on top of the msnp14 branch, though they are probably
 independent of the new protocol. There's a reason for that:[[BR]]
 1. The merge with im.pidgin.pidgin seems to be close.[[BR]]
 2. Other changes have been introduced to the same code that's changed by
 this patch, so collisions would occur.[[BR]]

 I'll rewrite both patches to work on top of im.pidgin.pidgin if requested.
