#1127: Unexpandable non-empty groups

Comment (by acli):

To better rephrase my previous comment, I should explain ''why'' I think
it may be related to ticket #953:
  * Suppose the group is collapsed, and later all contacts in that group
 logged out
  * A buddy signs on and triggers bug #953, so that the "contact" display
code in the UI still shows the buddy as offline
  * ''If'' the buddy-counting code is unrelated to the "contact" display
code, and ''that'' is unaffected by #953, then it will display "1" as
 expected
  * ''If'', further, the expander handler is tied to the "contact" display
code, it would be affected by #953 and think that there still are no
online buddies in the group, so (while it still doesn't make sense to not
respond to clicking the expander) it can be argued that not responding to
 the expander is ok
Since I have not read the source code, this is just some wild guess and so
I say it "may be" related. I can be totally wrong, but blaming this on DPI
setting is very strange IMHO, especially since if you notice such a
bizzare thing you will re-click many times very carefully just to rule out
the possibility that you are too tired etc.
