 The font size selector in the conversation window adjusts the font size
 one "size increment" at a time, while the one in the preferences window
 jumps two increments at once. This means that if I find a size that I want
 in the conversation window, there's a 50/50 chance that I can't set it as
 my default without grovelling through 600 lines of XML.
