Comment:

 Two of the settings in this plugin have been removed as they no longer did
 what they were added to do, this should help (but not solve) the size
 issue. As such I'm going to remove this from the 2.0.1 milestone but leave
 it open as a tracking bug for future thoughts/comments about the size of
 this dialog.
