 Clicking on a URI in a conversation window if the default browser is not
 IE and the default browser is not open (tested with Firefox and IE only)
 gives a "Windows could not find <link>. Make sure it's typed correctly..."
 (see attached screenshot). It works anyway, but pidgin is frozen until the
 popup is ok'ed.
