 This is the update from the SF patch posted by gloomer months ago, I took
 the task to rewrite it and make all necessary changes to be useful with
 the MSNP14 branch, not at the main branch(as rlaager ask me to do) the
 patch was splitted with quilt to make things easy, you can only apply the
 patches one a time following the "series" file or simply adding the
 "patches" dir to your tree and doing $quilt push -a

 I just finished it and seems to work
 I want to add some features like adding a received emoticon and display
 the "emoticon" in the manager (not only the text) but it only complicate
 things, I will do that later

 as with the one in SF  you need to add
 {{{
 <pref name='custom' type='string' value='custom_emoticons'/>
 }}}
 to the <pref='smileys'> on the "purple section in prefs.xml

 This is fully a RFC so if you have some problem or (better) a patch just
 tell me.

 There was a reference ticket #100 where we talked about this
