Comment:

 Neither of these are caused by Pidgin itself and as far as I can tell,
 neither of them are really a problem.

 The first issue is caused by NSS (The Mozilla SSL library) trying to open
 a temporary file.

 The other issue is caused by glib trying to refresh the ShellFolder
 locations - it is actually happening deep inside the
 `SHGetSpecialFolderLocation` function.

 Are you actually having problems running as a limited user or is this
 somewhat of an academic analysis?
