 No. My best guess is that the g_thread_init() change did it, but Luke says
 he's sure he tested it right after it was included, and it still crashed.

 The bug was originally reported with Debian package 0.10.12-2 and now he's
 using 0.10.12-5. My guess is that the bug was a gstreamer bug fixed
 somewhere in that delta. Perhaps you can investigate that, Ari.
