 I can tell you than the French translation has a bunch of such issues. The
 easy solution for now would of course be to fix messages into "his(her)"
 for instance (i.e. put the alternative in parenthesis), but managing the
 gender just _right_ would be quite neat (some chat servers even provide it
 through the protocol!)
