 There certainly is a way to set the password to 20 characters. In fact, I
 did so when I saw this bug. I can confirm both im.pidgin.pidgin and msnp14
 branches fail to login. I thought this was already being worked on so I
 didn't make any comments.[[BR]]
 You may set your password to more than 16 characters by going to the
 account options in [http://www.hotmail.com Windows Live Hotmail].
