 thanks! i have read the article "Pidgin for Windows Build Instructions".
 but i want use Pidgin's lib to develope in windows. develope tools maybe
 delphi,.net etc. i.e. how do i use libpurple.dll and other *.dll in
 windows develope tools. and i don't know who i ask in them about it.
