 the server is not the problem... as I wrote clearly the server is ok and
 has one contact only.
 I'm still using Gaim 2.0.0beta6 on Ubuntu 7.04 and i think i'll be fine
 with it until Gutsy Gibbon, so i can't tell about pidjin and >=2.0.0 ;
 debug an account???
