#1292: Status in buddies' tooltip is not needed - GUI improvement

When I move my mouse on my buddies in the list, a tooltip containing
information such as status, account name, protocol will show up. I think
that the status icon at top left corner of the tooltip is not needed since
I already know his status from the buddy list. Worse yet, the top left
corner is the most obvious place of a tooltip and is also the place where
people (hopefully not just me) read the information first. The current
tooltip has the most useless information at the most obvious place.
There are many way to fix this. The quickest way would be just to get ride
of the status icon in the tooltip. Another way, which is what I would like
to see, is to put the protocol icon instead of the status icon at top left
corner. I think this is very important as the buddy list no longer shows
the protocols. I got irritated when I need to look for the small protocol
icon, which appears at different places depending on whether the buddy has
a personal icon and also on the width of the tooltip.
If people still want the status icon at the top left corner, then I
suggest putting the protocol icon on top of the status icon as shown on
the attached picture.
Either way, I think it fits the pidgin's theme of being simple and useful.
It shouldn't be hard to modify the code to accommodate this request.
Thanks!
Credit: I don't know how to take screenshots of a tooltip on Ubuntu so I
just cut the picture from ticket 414 and attached it.
