 Yeah well, it's pretty damn hard for a user to take the position that it's
 a flaw in the protocol when the developers have known about it for ages,
 haven't fixed it, and don't have a faq for it. You guys have seriously
 dropped the ball on the this one, and I don't think you give two shits,
 but you lost a user over it.
