 As described in #1043
 The OS platform is Windows XP/SP2 Simplified Chinese Version.
 I guess there might be lines of smiley-generation code, filtering the text
 streams before or after they are sending to the international-character-
 encoding module, remove the lines concerned might temporary fix the issue.

 A re-write of the smiley-generation code may required, I'll check into the
 source,anyway.
