 when a yahoo Japan account is set up, the Yahoo Japan chatrooms do not
 appear when selected when Tools/Room List is selected.

 I searched Japanese forums (slow - because I'm not native Japanese) and
 found the following solution.  Add the following line to accounts.xml :

 <setting name='room_list'
 type='string'>http://insider.msg.yahoo.co.jp/ycontent/</setting>

 Also Chat Room Locale should be changed to "ja".

 Why not automatically do this when "Yahoo Japan" is selected in the
 "modify account" dialog, Advanced Tab, Yahoo Options when editing a Yahoo
 account.  Might I suggest 3 more textboxes.  "Japan Chatroom Locale",
 "Chatroom list server"  and "Japan chatroom list server"

 It's working OK for me now... but this might save hassles for other
 people...
