 I don't know the name of the software, sorry. I access it through the IP
 172.16.0.72, port 8080. My ISP provided this information. Is there any way
 to find out any of this information? My ISP (Wipro) consists mostly of
 blithering idiots who were spawned by retarded billiard balls.

 I know this doesn't help, but none of the other multiapp IM clients
 (Trillian, Miranda, Paltalk) are able to connect either. Only the native
 IMs (Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ Client, AOL
 Messenger, Skype) are able to connect.
