 When I try to use a link composed of:
 ymsgr:sendIM? &m="message text"
 nothing happens.  With Yahoo Messenger, a list of contacts is displayed to
 select who you wanted to send a message to.  I use this at work to send
 IMs to co-workers through a hotkey setup, which automatically creates a
 link like above.  I tried to manually create this link (through the Run
 command on windows), and it will work if I supply an IM address, but it
 will automatically send the message without allowing the message to be
 edited.
