 There is no a configuration file the smileys are added directly from the
 files so, if you want to add smileys without the "manager" you only need
 to add it to the directory and will be loaded the next time you "enable"
 your account. With the manager your emoticons will be loaded when you
 click add, it's only other way to do the same ;)

 Sorry for the "missing emoticons on restart" Originally the smiley tree is
 initialized when connecting I changed this to be loaded when enabling but
 seems that the function is not called when you start pidgin with your
 account enabled so, you must disable and then enable it again to load the
 smileys. I did this change because don't make sense that you need to be
 singed-on to be able to manage your smileys, I'm taking a look at the code
 to make this work properly.

 groovy:
 The save incoming emoticons is not touched here but I will try to figure
 out how to make this feature work to add it to the custom tree. I don't
 know exactly how this feature works.
