 Indeed.

 I am looking at the stuff used in gtkaccount.c to populate server etc.
 fields for google-talk. Usages of the widget like this will not work with
 the change. We may not be obligated to support plugins that do use it like
 this, however. Still, I generally dislike the idea of changing a widget
 that we send to plugins.

 For what it's worth, I think I'd much prefer replacing the deprecated
 stuff in 3.0. Replacing item-factory would be especially cool.
