New description:

 ICQ privacy settings doest not work on pidgin 2.0.1, I tried making 2 new
 icq accounts and add each other as buddies, when I try to block one, I can
 still see both of the icq accounts (one should be offline right? since one
 will turn invisible if he blocks his buddy)

 I thought this was fixed, since in 2.0.0beta 7, blocking icq users
 correctly add the user to invisible list.
