 As IRC protocol doesn't support buddy icon, Pidgin shouldn't display the
 default icon for IRC accounts in the Account listing window.

 On of the problems of showing the icon is, when you Modify the IRC
 account, and Save it, the icon disappears, which is weired for user.

 This should happen to all protocols which don't support buddy icon.
