 I attached the contact list screenshot.
 Only the two guys at the top are showing this problem, though usually I
 have more people. I asked one of them about it and he told me he's using
 msn 8.1 (I think that's the newest client) and the photo was originally a
 jpg that was resized by the client.

 By the way, is there a way to change the filename on the first image
 attached here? I didn't want to post this guys email address on the web...
