 For contacts/buddies, the relevant screennames are displayed in the
 tooltip.

 For chatrooms however, the contact alias is displayed in the tooltip.  The
 full room name should be displayed.

 For XMPP, a JID like: support at conference.pidgin.im.
 For IRC: #pidgin, (as irc.freenode.com/#pidgin would be redundant)
