 (In [9a272fa8a5cb8f5c51cc0ac87c1555d0e4e8d697]) Only auto-expand buddies
 when the mouse is hovering over the middle third of the buddy. This
 prevents un-intended expanding of buddies when you're only trying to re-
 order. Fixes #608
