 SIMPLE Authentication challenges not computed and replied to with
 Authorization response after 3 messages sent.

 The first 3 messages appear to properly respond to a 401 by authenticating
 the message with a Digest Authentication. After the third message it
 appears that Pidgin no longer responds to the challenge with a Digest
 Authentication but instead resends the message without the Digest
 Authentication.

 The SIP Proxy Pidgin is communicating with in this case is OpenSER.
