 Do you want this Move to group item to pop up a dialog or be a submenu of
 every existing group? Neither of those options seems like a marked
 improvement to me over just dragging, especially since you can collapse
 the groups that are in the way and only run into problems if the source
 group is itself really large. Also, how often do you really reorganize
 your groups? Is it really enough that this comes up as an annoyance often?
 If so, why are you reorganizing things so much? Lastly, a plugin could add
 such a menu item trivially.
