 Ok, I do the following and pidgin crashes:
 a) Pidgin ist running
 b) I hit Crtl+A
 c) I select my IRC-Account
 d) Pidgin tries to connect
 e) It crashes

 (Happend from all versions from 2.2.0 to 2.2.2)
